Michał Gutkowski

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on blockchain and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha provides training and mentorship to key technical staff across various innovation projects. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha enhances the software development landscape by promoting dynamic and reliable processes. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Micha has also contributed as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge and served on the Blockchain Advisory Board of the IIB Council. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Micha combines academic knowledge with extensive industry experience in driving technological advancements.
