Svetlana Kuzmina

Svetlana Kuzmina has an extensive work experience in various HR roles. Svetlana worked as Head of recruitment, integration and employer brand development at FM Logistic since June 2018. Before that, they served as Head Of Recruitment at Castorama Russia starting from September 2015. Prior to that, they had a long tenure as HR Manager at real,- Hypermarket Russia (Metro Group) from April 2005 to August 2015. Svetlana also worked as Head of HR at Pan Sportsman from June 2001 to April 2005, where they oversaw all personnel-related work for nine stores. Additionally, they held the position of HR Manager at Druzhba from March 2001 to June 2001, where they focused on optimizing the organizational structure and developing business processes.

From 1994 to 1998, Svetlana Kuzmina attended Moscow State University of Culture (MGIK) where they studied Economics.
