Charlie Naidoo

Charlie Naidoo has a diverse work experience, starting as an Article Clerk at KPMG South Africa in 2007. Charlie then worked as a Business Controller at Atlas Copco South Africa from 2010 to 2015, after which they were promoted to Chief Financial Officer until 2017. In 2014, they became a Non-Executive Director at Ububele Capital, and in 2017, they held the same role at Komatsu South Africa Transformation Trust. In 2018, they joined bp as a Finance Executive, and currently, they are the Finance Director at Castrol since 2021.

Charlie Naidoo attended Henley Business School from 2015 to 2019, where they studied Business Administration and Management. They also obtained additional certifications such as General Tax Practitioner South Africa from The South African Institute of Tax Professionals in 2012, Institute of Directors South Africa from the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa in 2012, and Professional Accountant from SAIPA - South African Institute of Professional Accountants in 2011.
