Joe Wendell

Joe Wendell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, management, and procurement. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at CAT² since March 2017, Joe oversees strategic software implementation and spearheads Change Management initiatives utilizing Six Sigma principles. As President and Owner of Will Rent 4 You since May 2005, Joe facilitates property rentals and partners with Invest Wichita to assist local property investors. Previous roles include Procurement Manager at Smithfield Farmland and various managerial positions at Cargill, where Joe directed project coordination, data automation, and regulatory compliance. Joe's early career includes experience as an Independent Contractor and involvement in family business operations at Wende-Wood, Inc. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from both Baker University and Wichita State University, completed between 2007 and 2011.
