Brian Rayles

Brian Rayles has extensive experience in various engineering and management roles. Brian currently works at Catalent Pharma Solutions as the Director of Operations, a position they have held since December 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Associate Chief Process Engineer/Manager- Global Engineering from April 2022 to December 2023. From September 2021 to April 2022, they served as the Sr. Engineering Manager (Capital Projects), and from September 2020 to September 2021, they held the role of Sr Engineering Manager (Process Engineering & Maintenance).

Before joining Catalent Pharma Solutions, Brian owned their own company, BR Innovations, from March 2014 until present. Brian also worked at Wellness Racing as an Engineer and Minority Owner from March 2014 to April 2022. From January 2016 to September 2020, they were an Engineering Manager at Baxter International Inc. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Principle Engineer at Baxter International Inc. from October 2014 to January 2016.

Brian's earlier work experience includes serving as the Chief Engineer and Project Manager at Aemerge from March 2012 to October 2014. Brian also worked in various roles at Organic Power Solutions from March 2003 to April 2012, including Manager of Technology and C&Q Engineer (Validation). Before that, they worked as a Controls Engineer & Sales at Outbound Technologies from June 2001 to March 2003, and as an intern at Riley and Scott from 1997 to 2000.

Brian Rayles attended Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. The field of study focused on Mechanical Engineering.
