Larry Pitcher

Larry Pitcher has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Larry currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Maryland Gene Therapy Sites at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the General Manager of the Advanced Therapies Business, Microbial and mRNA Manufacturing Services, Microbial Manufacturing Services (MMS), and the Cambridge Site. Larry also served as the General Manager of the Alachua Site at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Before joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Larry Pitcher was the VP and Site Head of Alachua at Brammer Bio. Larry also held multiple roles at RTI Surgical, including GM & Managing Director/ Geschäftsführer - German Operations, Global SAP Director, Director of Operations, Director of Global Ops Coordination, Sr. Manager of Corporate Supply Chain Planning & Analysis, Operations Analysis Manager, Operations Analyst, and Material Control Planner. Additionally, they worked at Tutogen Medical GmbH as the Leiter Produktionsplanung - Production Planning Manager.

Larry Pitcher received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University between 2005 and 2007. Larry then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their educational background, they obtained certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in January 2017, and as a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) from the American Association of Tissue Banking (AATB), although the specific dates are unknown.
