Pascal-Emmanuel Saint-Gelais

Pascal-Emmanuel Saint-Gelais is an accomplished supply chain and operations leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions since June 2017, Pascal-Emmanuel oversees the intercompany Principal Hub and previously held the role of Head of Global Supply Chain Biologics, managing a large-scale global supply chain and orchestrating the integration of a UK vaccine manufacturing site. Prior to this, at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Pascal-Emmanuel led the establishment of the EMEA supply chain after a major corporate spin-off and transferred numerous products across manufacturing sites. Experience at MSD included managing significant change management projects and optimizing supply chain processes, with an earlier career at Nestlé focused on demand and supply planning. Pascal-Emmanuel holds Master's Degrees in Engineering and Applied Mathematics from CY Tech and Computer Science from Technische Universität Dresden.
