Renee Yoder

Renee Yoder has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and wellness industries. Renee is currently the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, Wellness & Beauty at Catalent Pharma Solutions since February 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President, Wellness at Catalent from November 2021 to February 2022. Before joining Catalent, they worked at Bettera Brands LLC as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) from April 2021 to October 2021, where they played a role in the acquisition by Catalent. In their earlier career, they held various positions at DSM, including Senior Director Specialty Nutrition North America from February 2020 to March 2021, and Director, Dietary Supplements and Nutrition from June 2018 to February 2020. Renee also worked at BASF for a significant portion of their career, where they held roles such as Head of Regional Business Management Plastic Additives Americas from July 2014 to June 2018, Manager of Market and Customer Development from August 2011 to June 2014, Global Key Account Manager from October 2004 to August 2011, and Marketing Manager from January 2000 to October 2004.
