Vincent De Cicco PHR, SHRM-CP is a seasoned professional in benefits and mobility management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Global Benefits & Mobility at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Vincent oversees the development and execution of global benefits strategies. Previously, Vincent held key positions at Bayer, including Global Benefits Expert and Head of Benefits for the U.S., managing diverse benefit plans for large employee populations. Additional experience includes roles at PSEG, Unilever, TNS Global, Chernoff Diamond, Colgate Palmolive, Buck Consultants, and WTR, where responsibilities ranged from managing retirement and health benefit programs to providing consultancy services. Vincent holds a BS in Mathematics from the University at Albany and an AAS in Accounting from Rockland Community College.
