Agata joined Testronic in 2013 and is responsible for Global Human Resource Operations within the Testronic Group. She is focused on continuous improvement of HR support to the Management and Operations teams as well as implementing new internal process tools. Agata has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and legal compliance.
