Jim McCathern

Jim McCathern has extensive experience in the tax assessment industry. Jim served as the CEO and founding partner of Patriot Properties from 1985 to the present. Jim has also been involved in the industry since 1980, serving as Vice-President of Patriot from 1985 to 2004 and becoming the Chief Executive Officer in 2004. Additionally, Jim holds a Massachusetts Certified General Appraisal License and has worked as a Project Manager and Commercial and Industrial Valuation Analyst for numerous Tax Assessment Revaluation Programs. Currently, they are the VP Sales & Business Development Tax & CAMA Vertical at Catalis, starting in 2021.
