Renee Valk MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Renee currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at CATALIS, where they lead the operations team for the Land & Tax vertical and promotes an agile mindset. Prior to this role, Renee served as the Manager of PMO and Sr. Project Manager at the same company.
Before joining CATALIS, Renee worked as a Project Manager at Marine Credit Union from 2017 to 2019. Renee was responsible for overseeing various projects during their tenure.
From 2014 to 2016, Renee held the position of Director of Implementation at Phreesia, where they were responsible for implementing solutions and managing project plans.
Prior to Phreesia, Renee worked at ShiftWise from 2004 to 2014, serving as the Director of Implementation and later as the Sr. Program Manager. In these roles, they were involved in planning, organizing, and leading solution implementations and software roll-outs for healthcare organizations.
Earlier in their career, Renee was the Owner of Urgent Healthcare, LLC. in 2004 and held the position of Branch Manager at Medical Staffing Network from 2000 to 2003. Renee also worked as an Account Manager at Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals from 1998 to 2000.
Renee Valk holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Servant Leadership from Viterbo University, obtained between 2008 and 2010. Renee also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications and Photography from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, earned between 1986 and 1990. Furthermore, they have a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, received in 2011. Renee Valk has additional certifications as a Certified Scrum Master, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and they obtained the "Advanced Interpersonal Skills for the Leader" certification from Dale Carnegie in 2010.
