Kari Couture

Kari Couture is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources West at Catalys Lubricants since August 2022, Kari provides advisory support to management in the Western Provinces and assists employees while implementing projects related to talent acquisition and organizational development. Previously, Kari held the position of Human Resources Manager at First Truck Centre, covering maternity leave, and served as Director of HR at Mikisew Group of Companies, where notable accomplishments included launching an Applicant Tracking System and leading HR efforts during an acquisition.
