Paddie Marlow-Barnes

Paddie Marlow-Barnes has extensive experience in project and program management across various sectors, currently serving as Senior Programs Manager at Catalysis Communications since August 2021, where previous roles included Project Manager and Junior Project Manager. Prior to this, Paddie held the position of Project Manager at The Access Project for six months and worked at Event Genius from June 2017 to March 2020 as Event Manager - Field Operations. Additional roles include Project Delivery Manager at Tappit, Project & Partnerships Coordinator at St Mungo's, Project Officer - Partnerships at Comic Relief, and Event Manager & Customer Support at Event Genius by Festicket. Paddie obtained an Apprenticeship in Business Administration and Management from Leeds City College and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Westminster.
