Paul Seiler has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Paul currently holds the position of General Manager at Catalyst Cloud since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer from June 2021 to April 2023 and as the Acting Chief Executive Officer from July 2021 to October 2021. Paul also worked as a Project Manager at Catalyst Cloud from July 2019 to June 2021.
Before joining Catalyst Cloud, Paul worked in rental accommodation and property development as the CTO from June 2012. Paul also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Victoria University of Wellington from March 2015 to July 2019.
In addition, they have experience in business analysis and sector engagement as a Senior Business Analyst at Catalyst IT Limited from July 2012 to August 2014.
Paul's previous experience includes managerial roles at the Ministry of Education. Paul served as the Manager of Managed Learning Environments from November 2008 to November 2011, where they focused on integrating software and digital content for better school needs. Paul also held the position of Senior Manager of Sector Services from August 2008 to December 2008 and worked as a Project Manager from February 2004 to August 2008, where they successfully ran an accreditation process for student management systems.
Earlier in their career, Paul worked as a Public Sector Intrapreneur at the State Services Commission from June 2003 to January 2004. Paul also served as the Manager of Operational Policy at the Ministry of Education from April 2001 to September 2002 and worked as a Property Planner from 1997 to 1999.
Paul Seiler has a Masters degree in Economics with a field of study in International Relations from Massey University. Paul obtained this degree between 1993 and 1994. Prior to that, they also earned a Masters degree in Horticultural Science with a field of study in Agribusiness from Massey University, which they completed between 1991 and 1992.
