Eric Phillips Cfm

Eric Phillips has extensive experience in facilities management and administrative services. From 2022, they have been the Director of Office Services and Facilities at Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union. Prior to this, they worked at Texas Capital Bank from 2013 to 2022, where they held the position of Vice President of Facilities and Administrative Services. In this role, they oversaw facility management, maintenance, and tenant/landlord relationships. Before joining Texas Capital Bank, Eric worked at ACE Group as a Facilities Coordinator from 2004 to 2013.

Eric Phillips, CFM, graduated from Berkner Class of '89. Eric obtained the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification from IFMA in December 2011. Additionally, they also hold the Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification from IFMA.
