Annie Koo

Annie Koo is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Catalyst Housing Group, a position they started in October 2021. Prior to joining Catalyst Housing Group, Annie was a founding member of Level, a multiracial community of women working towards closing the racial wealth gap by investing in black women. Annie held this role from October 2020 onwards. Before their involvement with Level, Annie worked as the Director of Housing at Sidewalk Labs from July 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, they served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from September 2014 to June 2018. Annie's career started as a Fulbright Fellow, where they focused their research on Singapore's public housing system, from September 2011 to June 2012. Annie also worked as a Strategic Planning Analyst and Deputy Chief of Staff (Acting) at the NYC Dept. of Housing Preservation and Development from September 2009 to July 2011.

Annie Koo has a BA in Architectural Studies with Honors from Brown University. Annie also holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with a focus on General Management and Real Estate.
