Caitlin Garrison

Caitlin Garrison, MBA, has a diverse work experience in marketing and consumer roles. Caitlin is currently the Managing Director of Marketing and Consumer at Catalyst Housing Group, where they lead asset management of marketing strategy and consumer experience for a portfolio of over 4,000 units. Caitlin has focused on enhancing customer experience to increase revenue and strengthen community brands, while staying ahead of emerging trends in the multifamily industry.

Prior to their current role, Caitlin worked at Greystar for several years, serving as the Director of U.S. Strategic Property Marketing, Marketing Performance, and later as the Director of U.S. Strategic Property Marketing, National Client Marketing. Caitlin led strategic marketing efforts, analysis, and managed teams dedicated to developing marketing reporting and analysis on marketing data. Caitlin collaborated with clients, multiple departments, and outside vendors to build platforms and meet marketing goals.

Before joining Greystar, Caitlin worked as a Marketing Manager at CareCredit, where they executed card marketing campaigns for the Cosmetic Division. Caitlin also held various positions at Lea Journo Cosmetique, including Branding Manager and Online Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for marketing high-end hair care collections and developing social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.

Caitlin started their career as a Barista at Starbucks. With their extensive experience and expertise in marketing and consumer strategies, Caitlin has consistently exceeded goals and expectations throughout their career.
