Eugene Venter

Eugene Venter is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in open source web applications and DevOps. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Catalyst IT since June 2010, Venter has honed skills in developing and designing web applications. Prior experience includes a role as a LAMP Internet Applications Engineer at SnipeSoft Ltd. from June 2009 to June 2010, and as a Software Developer at CTI from August 2007 to April 2009, both in open source environments. Venter holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, specializing in Computer Science, Informatics, and Information Science from the University of Pretoria, earned between 2004 and 2007.
