Ian Thomas

Ian Thomas is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the medical and technology sectors. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director at Catalyst OrthoScience since January 2021, Ian previously held the role of Market Development Manager. Ian's background includes leadership positions at Smith & Nephew Endoscopy as a Biologics Area Manager, where responsibilities included managing sales associates and growing sales in multiple states following the acquisition of Rotation Medical. Ian’s career also includes significant positions at Rotation Medical, Zimmer Biomet, and CDW, where Ian demonstrated a strong capacity to manage territories, develop client relationships, and drive sales growth. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication with a double major in Spanish from Western Michigan University, coupled with foreign studies experience at Universidad de Salamanca.
