Chris Tuckerman currently serves as Associate Director of HR Infrastructure at Catalyst Partners since May 2024, focusing on HR Operations, HR Systems, Payroll, Benefits, and Global Mobility within a transformational framework. Previously, Chris held the role of Associate Director in the HR Practice at Dartmouth Partners, contributing to the establishment of Catalyst Partners to address the evolving needs of HR and People teams. Chris's career also includes a significant tenure at Frazer Jones as Associate Director and various positions at Portfolio Payroll Limited, starting as a Consultant and progressing to Team Leader of the Permanent Division.
