Dragos Gheban

Dragos Gheban has extensive experience in recruitment and employer branding, currently serving as Organiser for EBCon and EBDialogue at Catalyst Solutions since August 2006. Gheban also holds the title of Managing Partner, overseeing major recruitment events such as Angajatori de TOP, Romania's largest career fair. In addition, Gheban has been a Managing Partner at Hipo.ro since June 2010, and previously worked as a Junior Consultant at Amadeus Rom Consultants and as an HR Trainee at Human Telex Consulting. Leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of AIESEC Romania, where coordination of the recruitment campaign for the Global Internship Program took place. Academic qualifications include a degree in Accounting from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
