Rikia Birindelli-Fayne

As a Director in Catalyst’s Europe office, Rikia Birindelli-Fayne works with leading global organisations as a Relationship Manager to create more diverse, inclusive, and flexible workplaces. Furthermore, she is a frequent facilitator and speaker on a range of topics including “Take Charge of Your Career,” engaging men, mentoring and sponsorship, employee resource groups, unconscious bias, and inclusive leadership.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Rikia spent six years of her career working in the UK education sector carrying out projects related to additional educational needs and disabilities, community identity, and diversity and inclusion, giving her great insight on how organizations can practically build an inclusive culture.

Rikia received her BSc in Psychology from the University of Wales and has a professional qualification in Project Management.

Currently based in Switzerland, Rikia is a UK citizen and has also lived in Barbados. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, international cuisine and dining experiences, and learning to speak German.
