Brenda Boucher

International Development at Catalyste+

Brenda Boucher has extensive experience in international development, education, and public policy. Currently serving at Catalyste+ since January 2017, Boucher focuses on resource management capacity building in Mongolia through the MERIT initiative. In addition, Brenda teaches English as a second language at the Cultural Center in Fredericton and works as an independent policy consultant for POLICY HAND Consulting. Previous roles include Assistant Deputy Minister for First Nations Policy Coordination with the Province of New Brunswick, where strong intergovernmental relationships were established, and various positions in health care consulting and strategic planning. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen's University and has pursued additional qualifications in TESL.
