Mitchell Dion

Mitchell Dion serves as the Directeur général at Tourisme Charlevoix since June 2019, responsible for overseeing operations, setting team and individual objectives, and supporting the professional development of team members. Additionally, Mitchell has contributed as a Conseiller volontaire at Catalyste+ since November 2013, providing training on resource enhancement and expertise in tourism project management in developing countries. Previous roles include Directeur général at Tourisme Baie-James, where management responsibilities mirrored those at Tourisme Charlevoix, and various teaching positions at institutions such as Université du Québec à Montréal and April-Fortier College, focusing on tourism education. Mitchell holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Development Tourism from UQAM, and is currently pursuing a Master in International Development Management and Humanitarian Action at Université Laval.
