Anne Schröder

Anne Schröder has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Anne worked as an HR Consultant & Project Manager at CatalystOne Solutions from October 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they held various roles at Danish Refugee Council / Dansk Flygtningehjælp, including HR Project Manager from April 2016 to October 2020 and Human Resources Business Partner from November 2015 to April 2016. Anne also worked as an HR IT Consultant at Maersk Oil from November 2014 to November 2015, and as an HR Consultant at PA Consulting Group from February 2014 to October 2014.

Before their consulting roles, they served as the Business Administration Manager at Venture Cup from April 2013 to March 2014. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Professional at A.P. Moller - Maersk from August 2007 to April 2013. Anne also gained experience in counseling and business development as a Counselor and Business Developer at Culture3Counsel from April 2006 to February 2007.

From 2002 to 2004, Anne pursued a Diploma in Counseling at the Institute of Natural Healing. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, they attended the Ausbildungsinstitut für Kunsttherapie, Kreativitätstraining & Coaching, where they earned a Diploma in Art Therapy as a Creativity Trainer.
