Dugan Schwalm

Dugan Schwalm has held a variety of roles in the business world since 2004. Dugan began as Vice President of Lurie Investments, Inc. in 2004 and then served as a Board Member of Aperion Biologics in 2008 and Music Dealers (MusicDealers.com) in 2010. In 2014, they took on the role of Management Consultant at FLEx Lighting LLC, where they provided expertise on the Company's patented implementations, processes and solutions. In 2015, they became Chief Operating Officer of CityBase, Inc. and then held the same role at vrsus in 2017. Most recently, they have been Chief Operating Officer of CatalystXL since 2018.

Dugan Schwalm's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, which they completed in 1997, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, which they completed in 2000. Dugan also earned an MBA with Honors in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2012.
