Ellie Cramton

Ellie Cramton currently serves as a Quality Control Assistant at METAROM Group, where responsibilities include sampling, testing, and approving raw materials and finished products, alongside conducting GMP inspections. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at San Diego State University, focusing on algae protein extraction and flavor analysis. Ellie has also worked extensively in the food and hospitality industry, holding various positions such as Restaurant Server at Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa and Wet Stone Wine Bar, and roles in culinary preparation and guest service in multiple establishments. Ellie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
