Lisa Anthony

Lisa Anthony has extensive work experience in the education industry. Lisa has held various leadership positions at Catapult Learning/FullBloom and KinderCare Education. At Catapult Learning/FullBloom, they served as the Region Director of Program Operations, where they provided leadership, support, and fiscal management to field teams. Lisa was responsible for service quality, client relationships, and multi-departmental engagement. At KinderCare Education, Lisa held the position of Operations/Multi Unit Leader, where they oversaw a profitable market and was involved in fiscal management, customer retention, and talent development. Lisa also served as the Government Relations Liaison, developing relationships with legislators and monitoring regulatory changes that could impact business strategy. Additionally, Lisa worked as the Director of Operations, supporting the Mid-Atlantic region in operations, project management, and leadership development. Lisa started their career as an Area Manager at KinderCare Education.
