Melinda Rapp Wolfe is an experienced professional in international development and humanitarian assistance, currently serving as a Senior Program Officer specializing in System Development and Policy Coordination at the USAID Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance since 2000. Prior to this role, Melinda held multiple positions at USAID from 1996 to 2000, working with the Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance, the Food for Peace program, and the Office of the Administrator. Melinda's earlier experience includes serving as an NGO Liaison Officer for UNICEF Somalia from 1993 to 1995 and as a Humanitarian Affairs Advisor at the United States Mission to the United Nations in 1992. Melinda holds a Master of Science in International Politics from the University College of Wales at Aberystwyth and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northern Illinois University.
