Robert Murray is an experienced professional in information systems and project management, currently serving as the Information Systems and Administration Planning Manager at Catapult Technology since April 2012, where support is provided to the White House Communications Agency J5 Program Management Office. Prior to this, Robert held roles as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Systems Engineer at Science Applications International Corporation from February 1992 to June 2012, and experienced a brief period of unemployment in 2011 as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Systems Engineer after being laid off from SAIC. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Manager at the White House Communications Agency from 2003 to 2007. Robert holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management with a focus on Systems Engineering from The George Washington University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
