Rick Frady

Rick Frady has over a decade of experience in building services management, currently serving as the Chief Building Services Official for Catawba County Government since April 2011. In this role, Rick Frady oversees the daily operations of the County Building Inspection Department, which encompasses Plan Review, Field Inspections, and two Permitting Centers, while also providing inspection services for eight additional towns and cities within the county's borders. Prior to this position, Rick Frady was the Plan Review Permitting Supervisor for the Town of Apex from August 2008 to March 2011.
