Iolanda Meehan

Iolanda Meehan is the Chief People Officer at Catawiki. Iolanda has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various leadership positions in multinational companies.

Iolanda started their career at Goodpack Pte Ltd. as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Iolanda was responsible for all HR functions in the organization, including Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, C&B, Compliance, L&D, Succession Planning, Wellbeing and D&I.

In October 2017, Iolanda joined Veldhoen + Company as the Managing Partner for APAC. In this role, they were responsible for leading the New Future of Work and Agile consultancy for HR of large MNCs in Asia. Iolanda was also involved in Change Facilitation Transformation and Employer Branding projects for decacorns in Asia.

In February 2013, Iolanda joined Haworth as the Director of Strategic Services and Sustainability for APAC, MEA and LATAM. In this role, they were responsible for leading the strategic organization effectiveness programs for companies in Japan and initiating Digital Transformation and Workplace Innovation for financial institutions.

Iolanda has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the National University of Singapore and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Curtin University.

Iolanda Meehan reports to Ravi Vora, CEO. They are on a team with Frank Pon - VP, Collectables, Frederik De Beer - Chief Commercial Officer, and Cyrille Coiffet - VP & General Manager, Art & Antiques.
