Rob Bartholly

Rob Bartholly has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Rob currently holds the position of Senior Director of People Growth & Experience at Catawiki since October 2023. Previously, they worked as the People Growth & Experience Director at the same company from June 2022 to October 2023. Prior to Catawiki, they served as the HR Director Benelux & Scandinavia at Richemont for over a decade, where they were responsible for various functions such as change management, talent sourcing, and reward & benefits development. Before that, they held the position of HR director The Netherlands at Schneider Electric. Rob also has experience in HR consultancy and project management, having worked at Cygnific Customer Care. Rob began their career as an assistant manager operations at Pathé Cinemas.

Rob Bartholly obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in Human Resources Management, from Hotelschool The Hague in 1992. Rob then pursued a Master's degree in Social Science, with a specialization in Strategic Human Resources Management, from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 1992 to 1995. In 1988, Rob also completed a high school-level degree, Atheneum, from st-vitus college bussum. Furthermore, they achieved a Post Higher Vocational qualification in Professional Communication from Phoenix Opleidingen between 2012 and 2015. During the same period, they completed training programs in Transactional Analysis 101 and NLP Practitioner from Phoenix Opleidingen as well. In terms of professional development, Rob obtained a certification as a Predictive Index Practitioner from AKPartners in 2021. Rob also completed various short-term programs, including Certified practitioner 7 dimensions of culture, Dilemma Reconciliation Methodology from Trompenaars Hampden - Turner in 2019 and the Digital Leadership Program from IMD Business School Lausanne in 2018. Additionally, they received training in Effective Public Speaking from Kogelschats training & coaching in 2021.
