Sheikh Mursaleen is a Senior Performance Engineer at Catchpoint since August 2019, specializing in demonstrating solutions for pre-sales and customer success, developing tailored implementation plans, and educating clients on performance-related issues to drive renewals and upsell opportunities. Previously, Sheikh Mursaleen worked at SonicWall from June 2015 to August 2019, first as a Firewall Analyst focusing on generating revenue from Tier 1 security software solutions, and later as a Network Security Engineer, where responsibilities included handling technical analyses and mentoring teams. Sheikh Mursaleen holds an MBA in Information Technology from Amity University, a BTech in Computer Science from the Islamic University of Science & Technology, and an Associate’s Degree from S. P. College.
