Michiel Assendelft

Michiel Assendelft has extensive work experience in the asset management and real estate industry. Michiel is currently serving as the Director of Asset Management Benelux at Catella since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Asset Manager at Catella from May 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining Catella, Michiel Assendelft worked as a Special Advisor to the Board at Europa Storage Group from June 2021 to April 2022. Michiel also served as an Advisor in Exit Management at Klaassen Horecamakelaardij B.V. during the same period.

From June 2012 to May 2021, Michiel Assendelft held the position of Managing Director at MVGM International, where they managed international advisory operations.

Michiel then pursued further studies at De Montfort University from 1997 to 1998, obtaining an MSc degree in Real Estate Development in Europe. Lastly, from 2002 to 2006, they attended the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and graduated with an MSRE degree in Management.
