Håkan Gunnarsson Hindström

Håkan Gunnarsson Hindström is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate, business development, and project management. Currently serving as an Uthyrningsagent & Fastighetsutvecklare at Catena AB (publ) since May 2016, Håkan is responsible for the leasing and enhancement of the company's property, specifically the former ICA warehouse in Räppe, which includes administrative spaces and various facilities. As the CEO of Signumkompetens since February 2014, Håkan has led business and competency development projects, previously serving as a project leader for Uddevalla municipality from September 2015 to February 2018 on an EU-funded initiative aimed at integrating newcomers’ skills into local businesses' export efforts. Additionally, Håkan held roles such as Projektledare with Uddevalla Kommun and Försäljningschef at NBI - Nordic Business Institute AB, while educational credentials include a Civilekonom degree with a focus on Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Växjö University.
