Sandra Weichert

Sandra Weichert possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Operation Manager and Site Manager at Cater Plus Services NZ Ltd since May 2012. Prior to this role, Sandra worked as a Site Manager for Compass Group from January 2010 to May 2012. Earlier culinary endeavors include positions as a Pastry Chef at Huka Lodge (2008-2010) and as Assistant Pastry Chef at Park Hyatt Dubai (2007-2008). Sandra also has a solid background in pastry roles at Grand Hyatt Dubai (Chef de Partie Pastry from 2005 to 2007) and Grand Hyatt Berlin, where positions ranged from Chef de Partie Pastry to Commis de Cuisine Pastry from 2000 to 2005.
