Vinod Kokil

Vinod Kokil is an experienced professional in supply chain management and quality assurance, currently serving as the Global Purchase & Supply Chain Manager at Caterpillar Inc. since December 2014, where responsibilities include leading supply chain setups for NPI and NSI projects, managing a team of over 90 members across India and the UK, and defining global supplier base footprints. Previous roles include Head of Purchasing & Supply Chain at Caterpillar Inc., where strategic sourcing and cost reduction projects were key focuses, and Director of Quality, advocating for quality excellence within the organization. Prior to Caterpillar, Vinod held various quality leadership positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Cummins Inc., Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, and Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited. Educational qualifications include a BE in Industrial Engineering from IIIE and a Diploma in DAE from SESP Solapur.
