Wilson Tavares

Wilson Tavares, CSCP, is a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Global Category Procurement Manager at Caterpillar Inc. since 2023, Wilson previously held the position of Associate Director, Procurement at Collins Aerospace from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Pratt & Whitney included roles such as Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain Materials Execution and Strategic Supplier Account Manager, among others. Wilson's earlier career at Caterpillar Inc. spanned from 2000 to 2015, encompassing multiple management positions. Academically, Wilson holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration, Management and Operations from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, complemented by two Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Computer Systems Analysis from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba.
