Nardo van der Meer

Nardo van der Meer is the current CEO and Executive Board Chairman at Catharina Hospital Eindhoven. Nardo has held this position since April 2013. Prior to this, they were the Chair of the Medical Board at Amphia Ziekenhuis from April 2010 to April 2013.

Nardo van der Meer has also worked as an anesthesiologist-intensivist at AMC from January 2001 to January 2003, and as an MD, PhD, and anesthesiologist at AMC from January 1996 to March 2003. Nardo was also the editor in chief of British Journal of Anaesthesia-education from September 2008 to January 2017, and the medical coordinator at VZA International from January 2000 to January 2010.

Finally, Nardo van der Meer worked as a medical doctor at VNB Nationale Bedevaarten from January 1992 to January 2004.

Nardo van der Meer earned their doctor of medicine from vrije universiteit amsterdam (vu amsterdam), and then went on to earn their master of business administration from erasmus university rotterdam.
