Hsin Hui Chang

Hsin Hui Chang is an experienced professional with a strong background in data analytics and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Specialist (Data Analyst) at Cathay Financial Holdings since May 2019, Hsin Hui Chang contributes to one of Taiwan's largest financial institutions. Previously at Wistron from November 2017 to March 2019, Hsin Hui Chang held multiple roles including Project Manager, Group Lead, and Data Scientist, focusing on project implementation and optimization of forecast models. Earlier experiences include working as a Research Assistant at National Cheng Kung University and the Ministry of Health and Welfare, where Hsin Hui Chang specialized in data analysis and research. Academically, Hsin Hui Chang holds master's degrees in Management Science and Marketing Analytics from Lancaster University and in Statistics from National Chengchi University, along with a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from National Chung Hsing University.
