Melissa Parker has extensive experience in customer service and billing within the rail industry. Melissa currently holds the position of Director of Customer Service and Billing at Cathcart Rail since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Greenbrier Companies as a GMS - Account Manager and later as a GRG-Customer Service Manager from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they were a Customer Service Manager at GBW Railcar Services from 2010 to 2018. Melissa began their career at Watco Companies LLC in 2007, where they worked in Car Control until 2010.
