Gigi Kuhn

Gigi Kuhn is an experienced educator specializing in the French language and culture, currently serving as a Senior French Teacher at Catherine Cook since September 2006, where responsibilities include curriculum design and instruction for various grade levels as well as mentoring new teachers and integrating technology in the classroom. In addition to this, Gigi teaches adult education courses at Alliance Francaise du North Shore Inc, focusing on advanced language skills and cultural studies since January 2021. Gigi holds a Master's degree in Teaching French as a Second or Foreign Language from Roosevelt University and is actively involved in professional organizations, serving as Chair of World Languages for LMAIS and ISACS, and as a Board Member for Groupe Professionel Francophone. Prior experience includes teaching positions at Latin School of Chicago and Alliance Française de Chicago, further solidifying a strong background in French education across varied age groups and proficiency levels.
