Cate Dussek

Cate Dussek has extensive work experience in the field of contracts and procurement. Cate has held various leadership positions in companies such as CATHEXIS, Herndon Solutions Group, General Dynamics Information Technology, CSRA Inc, and SRA International. Cate'sroles have involved overseeing company operations, managing contracts and procurement actions, establishing policies and processes, and driving consistent and growth-focused operations. Cate has also led teams in transformation and growth efforts and implemented business process automation to improve delivery.

Cate Dussek obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business from James Madison University, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Cate also has additional certifications including a Professional Coaching Certificate (Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance) from American University ICF ACTP Level 2, obtained in February 2023; a Top Secret Clearance from the United States Department of Defense, obtained in May 2018; and a Certified Federal Contract Manager certification from NCMA, obtained in February 2013.
