Carol oversees all aspects of employee relations, benefits, compliance, recruitment, classification, team building, and training. She has over 25 years of experience in human resource management and leadership and leads the human resource and benefits team and supports employees throughout the organization.

As a team-oriented leader, she brings prior experience from profit and non-profit health care and human service industries. She provides guidance by leveraging expertise and offers insight with a collaborative approach.

Carol is an active member of local and national human resource groups and a benefits advisory committee contributor for a large health insurance organization.
