Art Callegari Rn

Art Callegari RN, CRNA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 1980, Art began as a Registered Nurse at Charity Hospital. From 1983 to 1991, Art worked as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Greater Orleans Nurse Anesthetists Inc, where they gained experience in various surgical cases and OB practice. Art then joined Jefferson Medical Services as a CRNA from 1985 to 1991.

From 1991 to 2005, Art worked at LSU Health Sciences Center (Charity Hospital) as a CRNA and Clinical Instructor, where they supervised and provided clinical instruction to students in the school of anesthesia. Art then joined Riverside Medical Center in 1996, taking on a shared sole provider position as a CRNA.

In 2005, Art became a staff CRNA at Parish Anesthesia Associates, practicing at East Jefferson General Hospital. In 2006, Art transitioned to Southern Pain and Anesthesia as a CRNA, specializing in outpatient surgery procedures. From 2008 to 2009, Art made a career change and worked as an Account Manager at Amedisys, focusing on home health services.

From 2009 to present, Art has held the role of Vice President of Business Development at the Archdiocese of New Orleans. In this role, Art has been responsible for the overall business strategy, outreach, and growth of the Archdiocese, as well as developing marketing strategies and business relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources.

Throughout their career, Art Callegari RN, CRNA has developed a strong background in anesthesia, clinical instruction, and business development, demonstrating their versatility and adaptability in the healthcare industry.

Art Callegari RN, CRNA completed their education in the field of nursing and anesthesia. They received their RN degree from LSU Medical Center School of Nursing from 1972 to 1976. They then pursued further education in anesthesia and received their CRNA degree from Charity Hospital School of Nurse Anesthesia from 1981 to 1983.
