Jennifer Strand

Jennifer Strand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and analytics. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Analytics at Catholic Charities Fort Worth since September 2018, Jennifer has also held positions as Director of Research and Evaluation and Manager of Evaluation and Design within the same organization. Additionally, Jennifer contributed to academia as an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at The University of Texas at Arlington from August 2018 to December 2021. Jennifer's consultancy experience includes a role as Associate Consultant at Leadership Worth Following, LLC in 2014. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Research and Experimental Psychology and a Master of Science in Health and Neuroscience Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University.
