Tanya Lipscomb

Tanya Lipscomb, MA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Head of the People Team at Catholic Charities Fort Worth, where responsibilities include resolving employee relations issues and recommending strategies to enhance workforce engagement. With a background in various Human Resources roles, Tanya has developed and administered policies, providing expert consultation on employment law. Previous experience includes working as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and as an Assistant HR Manager at Ecolab, where operations encompassed payroll, employee relations, and training. Educationally, Tanya holds a Master of Arts in Organizational/HR Management from Dallas Baptist University.
