Kurtis G. has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Kurtis joined Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas in 2022 as the Chief Development Officer (CDO). Prior to that, from 2016 to 2022, they worked at Boy Scouts of America in different roles. Kurtis started as a District Executive, where they developed B2B relationships, negotiated sales, and implemented new strategies for finance and recruitment campaigns. Kurtis then became a District Director, where they raised regional donations, initiated fundraising events, and managed recruitment campaigns. Finally, they served as the Development and Marketing Director, overseeing major fundraising campaigns and managing a team responsible for gross product sales. Before their time at Boy Scouts of America, Kurtis worked as a Cultural Consultant for the Springfield Cardinals from 2016 to 2020, supporting international athletes and creating a cultural acclimation program.
